Location: Columbus, Georgia (100% In-Person)
Reports to: Executive Director
Employment Status: Full time, Exempt
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

StartUP Columbus is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in Columbus, Georgia. Our mission is to provide the resources, mentorship, and programs necessary to support entrepreneurs in building, launching, and scaling their businesses to drive local economic growth.
Position overview:
The Entrepreneur Hub Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, management, and oversight of the StartUP Columbus Incubator. This role ensures smooth operations, tenant management, event logistics, and inventory. The Manager will also oversee lease agreements, tenant onboarding, and maintenance, while providing an excellent environment for entrepreneurs to thrive.
QUALIFICATIONs:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in facility management or co-working spaces is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in using software for space management and invoicing.
Passionate about Columbus, Georgia, entrepreneurship and supporting small businesses.
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience managing co-working spaces, incubators, or similar facilities.
Familiarity with tenant management and lease agreements.
Experience working with startups, entrepreneurs, or small businesses.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, Adobe, QuickBooks and/or MailChimp.
Background in customer service or office management.
Experience with property management or facilities coordination.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the operations and upkeep of the Incubator, including repairs and maintenance.
Manage inventory of office supplies (paper, ink, materials, coffee, cups, etc.).
Arrange furniture for events, programs, and workshops.
Manage tenant lease agreements and screen new applications for both locations.
Track tenant occupancy and vacancies, ensuring timely invoicing and payment.
Coordinate with the Outreach Director for event setup and logistical support.
Manage the reservation system and update the weekly event list on display monitors and tenant newsletter.
Conduct tours for prospective tenants and visitors.
Provide excellent customer service to entrepreneurs, tenants, and visitors.
